Wallace was incredibly professional from beginning to end putting new shingles on 4 portions my roof. He showed up promptly to inspect it, amazingly enough found matching shingles because mine are no longer made, answered texts immediately and chose a day to do the installation that was good for me. He and his very polite and professional crew showed up exactly on time, did a fantastic job, as the photos show, did not hurt any of my flowers and left my front and backyards immaculate! I am so pleased with the quality of work Wallace and his crew performed on my aging 1990s roof and 45 year old skylights. I have a log cabin with no attic and heavy insulation. When he assessed what was best, he went on the roof, took pictures, and presented two options: full replacement or 3-5 year fix. He answered all of my questions, offered a fair price, and performed the work within a week or two. I chose the repairs and skylight replacement. I can not say enough about WS and owner Wallace. This guy and his crew were just incredible! I called Wallace on a Friday night at 6pm after discovering a leak in my 89 year old grandmother’s kitchen. I expected to leave a message and have someone call back during regular hours. Not Wallace! He called me back right away and came the next day to go in the attic and on the roof. Within two weeks we had permits, materials delivered, a professional crew on sight, and a new roof installed. I needed some repairs to my porch roof. The chimney flashing needed to be replaced, some trim had to be replaced, shingles needed to replaced and other issues. I called my painter who I have used for many years. He recommended WS Construction Roofing. I spoke with Wallace and he came out. We went over the repairs and he noted others that needed to be fixed. He gave me a quote and I approved the job. He and his crew came out a few days later and completed the repairs in one day. They were professional, completed the job and cleaned up when they were done. I was very impressed. I have asked him for a quote to replace the entire roof. My house is a 125 year old farmhouse.
